EPIC Plus: Installation and Update Guide

Introduction
The EPIC+ platform was developed in 2022 with the goal of being a resource hub for entrepreneurs, including talks, tutorials, interviews, articles, and more. This platform was developed by an external vendor (Adrian Wolf @ TECH) and hosted on ITAM’s servers by DSTI (Christian Othon Martinez et al.).
This platform must be maintained regularly, and any subsequent changes should be made on the most recent stable codebase. Maintenance so far has been on 2 issues:
- SSL certificate updates. Their validity is typically 1 or 2 years, with the last update having been performed on October 27, 2023. Here is a guide for the update process: SSL Guide
- General updates to versions, dependencies, and security. Updating libraries is essential to maintain the security, functionality, and stability of the versions. The latest update of this type is published on the update branch of the GH repo as of November 22, 2023, and a tutorial will be included:
