1. Electrical (Load and Protection)
Strategy: Centralized “Clean Power”

Central Voltage Regulator (Industrial):
- Approved Brand/Model: Sola Basic Industrial (Corrector Series).
- Key Specification: Nominal voltage 220Y/127 V 2N~ (127V Phase-Neutral Output).
- Capacity: 20 kVA (Recommended for headroom) or minimum 16 kVA.
- Estimated Price (20 kVA): ~$40,000 MXN.
- Installation Warning: “THIS EQUIPMENT MUST NOT OPERATE WITHOUT THE LINE NEUTRAL”. (Risk of total damage if the neutral fails).

- Circuit per tower: 10 AWG gauge.
- Outlets: Hospital/Commercial Grade GFCI (Leviton or Hubbell). Avoid cheap residential ones.
2. Plumbing (Water and Pressure)
Strategy: “Constant Pressure” (Inverter)
- Recommended System: Inverter Pressurizer (Variable Speed).
- Why: Maintains exact pressure (e.g., 45 psi) regardless of whether 1 or 10 washers are filling simultaneously. Saves electricity and protects LG valves.
